Morning walk: -4C/24F, bright sun has begun its think-spring task, clear and calm, Gusta distracted by too many dogs going in every direction, unable to commit to a choice or a direction, torn between preferences, so I gave her some direction . .
Today (Feb. 26th) always reminds me of commitments made, things begun with the best of intentions but without a full grasp of where they might lead. Wisdom and hindsight do help, and I seem to be making better choices all the time . . .
There have been so many times when half-hearted effort would have gotten me through most difficulties. Imagine if I’d given it more effort; I’ve been reflecting too, on those times where I gave no effort at all, the results showed it up for what it was. Conversely, when my efforts were focused, intentional, deliberate and energetic, the results in every aspect of my life improved. Seems obvious, so why don’t I do that more?

I’m thinking, four years from now when the Olympic games are on again – what will I be doing, thinking, feeling? Will I be trained, will I have peaked? Where will my energy and priorities be? There is no time like NOW to start. My training needs to be physical and mental. I feel my energy level growing . . . so now, is the start. What about you? What are you training for?
I have some desire to see a movie, make a meal – to do some kind of social thing this weekend - gets lost in early morning fatigue fog but, still, there is a dollop of energy left when it came time to get up, my end of week/weak fatigue, dragging backside out of bed took Herculean effort. Though energy is low, my enthusiasm is high, this day begins with so much promise as Feb. 26th should, always.

February 25 – JUST VISITING - really loved the response from the reader to
Algeria, Sardinia Italy and therefore provide Corsica with natural gas. Other projects include the construction of roads, the development of Ajaccio's port, and trainlinks. Cultural and sporting projects should not be forgotten , a tunnel between Corsica and Sardinia or the Vizzivona tunnel. The newly elected politicans will have to decide.
